Under his direction, Franklin First expanded its licensing to 40 states and was recognized among the top 10 mortgage originators by Mortgage Originator magazine. His tenure at Franklin First was marked by an extensive offering of loan products, including FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and Reverse Mortgage Loans, managed by over 750 employees and achieving over $10 billion in originations.
Fred's hands-on experience managing a general contractor company further enriches his understanding of client needs, which has been instrumental in nearly 100 fix-and-flip renovations throughout his career.
